Our Interactive Empowerment Sessions, Keynote Speaking Engagements and One-on-One Consultations are various modes of learning an integrated set of behavioral communication skills (Keys to Conflict) that enable you to get under layers of defenses, right to the heart of an issue, and engage in a true dialogue. In the process, we utilize strategies and methods that respectfully engage participants in, and build upon, their own wisdom and experiences.

Our sessions are like on the job training. We facilitate a conflict experience that is dramatically different from the status quo. During the session you will experience for yourself the positive transformation that conflict, as a gradual process, can elicit and actualize its fruits of authentic reconciliation and peace.
